Muhammad Abu Bakar

Born in Lahore Pakistan in 1988. Muhammad Abu Bakar started his career as an accountant in 2008 and currently holding associate membership of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) United Kingdom.
In 2015 he started his photography journey with specific focus on landscapes and cityscapes. One of the reasons behind it was my residence in Dubai, a place of iconic cityscapes. He is frequent traveler to the south east Asian and Arab countries to explore vast lands, cities and cultures.
So far National Geographic along with Nikon Middle East & Africa have published his work several times during last two years. Along with many national and international magazines, he has been featured by Abu Dhabi Media to commemorate founding father of the nation (Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan) on his 100th birthday and was awarded with honorable mention in Moscow International Foto Awards 2018 in Nature & Sunset Category.

This location is my favorite. We can witness everything here from nature to manmade. The famous Dubai's skyline looks amazing from this point. It's an ideal place to use wide-angle lens because we can capture the full view. While taking this shot I was first not much impressed with the weather condition but all of a sudden those clouds start spreading the beautiful red color over the sky and I took this long exposure.

Dubai Canal during golden hour. This place has lots of lighting but if you visit it during sunrise, lights will start switching off on pattern and bridge lights will goes off at the end, making it a beautiful artificial rainbow colors.

Sunset behind Burj Khalifa's Skyline in Dubai. At this particular hour, sun will cover everything with the golden curtain creating incredible balance in everything. Everything high or low, tall or small will come to equilibrium to represent only one thing which is nature.

Grand Mosque Sheikh Zayed in Abu Dhabi during golden hour. One of the famous iconic structures in the country and one of the finest architecture in the world. Millions of people visit every year this place and in last March 2017 I was one of those millions. If you are visiting this place in the near future, let me tell you that it's a very friendly place for photographers. You can take photos from almost anywhere in the mosque and it will keep on surprising you with its incredible architecture.

I personally love this shot. Took it from The Palm Jumeirah Dubai and it shows everything what a tourist desire to see in Dubai. Dubai's skyline along with Burj Al Arab. Weather was amazing that morning allowed me to go for a good long exposure.

I love this composition in both black and white and color. The balcony is creating beautiful leading lines and Burj Khalifa shining like a majestic object is becoming so important in the image. I took this image at f/22, which shows the perfect image quality of Tokina lens.

It's not everyday you can observe clouds in UAE, especially during summer but somehow this summer is gong very well. We have nice wind blowing and evenings are much cooler as well. I believe this photo of Dubai Marina is something unique, as I haven't seen anything with such beautiful background before. Took this shot while fasting last Friday. Now I can say it was worth going outside while i was feeling thirsty.

Took this one from a 36th floor balcony during the sunrise time. The view is of Dubai's famous downtown showing the mighty Burj Khalifa and its neighborhood buildings. I love the first light featuring the Burj in this photo. Clouds are running towards the sunrise and sky is changing its colors, making it a beautiful scenery.
