On September 21, 2022 Kenko Tokina celebrates its 65th anniversary. In commemoration of this event, we release a special Tokina Limited White Edition Series featuring 3 well-known models, the atx-i 11-16mm F2.8 CF, atx-i 11-20mm F2.8 CF and atx-i 100mm F2.8 FF MACRO for Nikon F and Canon EF mounts, and the newly released Tokina atx-m 11-18mm F2.8 E (total 7 SKU) in a stylish white body.
In order to bring its production quality to a new level, Kenko Tokina has integrated a new factory into their corporate family, who has developed a unique painting technology for high precision optical products. This same technology is applied to the Tokina Limited White Edition Series. The body of the lens incorporates exterior barrels painted in a gorgeous white color, giving the lens extra exclusivity and superior status to the owner of the lens.
The Tokina atx-m 11-18mm F2.8 E is the first super wide angle zoom lens in Tokina's product line-up designed exclusively for mirrorless Sony E mount (APS-C) cameras. It features a fast f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range, and a 11-18mm (17-27mm in 35mm equivalent) zoom stored in a compact and lightweight body for hybrid users who shoot stills and video.
